So, how does it work?

What do we do during the shoot?

During our shoot together, I’ll mostly follow you living out a typical day. Eating breakfast, reading books together, maybe a visit to the park. It could even be something as mundane as folding laundry, because these are the moments that we live through each and every day, so they’re the ones that represent us best.

What should we wear?

With the same principle that we’ll be taking photos of your daily life, you’ll also wear your daily clothes. Before the shoot, I’ll send you along a pre-shoot preparation document to help explain in more detail, and it will give examples of how your whole family can choose clothes that complement each other, by using harmonious colours, for example.

How long does it take?

We can spend one to two hours together, depending on what suits your family and budget best. Throughout that time we’ll go through some of the typical things your family likes to do together. If you’d like to capture photos of a special family event that will take longer than one to two hours, then that’s absolutely possible as well, and we can spend more time together capturing every moment. Do you mostly take photos of adults?

Absolutely not! But I’m afraid to say that you won't find many photos of children on my website, and none that show a child’s face. The internet is changing so quickly that I’d much rather play it safe and protect their privacy. Unfortunately this means that I can’t show you some of my personal favourite photos!
